Why are Michael Evan Sachs and Life Style lift prominent advertisers?

Why are LIFESTYLE LIFT and MICHAEL EVAN SACHS PROMINENT ADVERTISERS found on the domain; consultationservicesforplasticsurgery.com which is owned by mychoicemedical.com, the entity that "took over" the YTF facial surgery boards.
Consultationservicesforplasticsurgery.com is the address to write to to remove your name from the e-mail 'list', if you have filled out the find a doc form on lookmybest.com (prominent LOGO) found on the YTF boards now, and you don't want anymore e-mail from them (solicitations to finance). The parent company; VERTRUE of mychoicemedical.com is being SUED by AG in Iowa for CONSUMER FRAUD. Michael Evan Sachs is a doc with over 30 law suits. Life Style Lift is a heavily marketed face lift performed throughout many centers doing this trademark lift. Press releases to the media, they provide, give much "hype" to it. One of their marketing tactics (which appeals to patients who don't know the 'rules' about how to evaluate a face lift) is to present 1 day post op photos which look good because it's before bruising sets in and while there is a diffuse swelling that makes the patient look younger and better.

UPDATE 5 Dec

OK, someone explained to me that mychoicemedical who owns consultationservicesforplasticsurgery.com on which Sachs and LSL are listed may not have control over that. Like in cases where google automatically puts them there. But in that case WHY take out a domain name called consultationservicesforplasticsurgery.com if you have no control over who the advertisers are on it? OK, ya, to make a buck. So maybe Sachs and LSL don't pay mychoicemedical.com directly to advertise on their domain name; consultationservicesforplasticsurgery.com.

Mychoicemedical certainly wanted to exercise CONTROL over what I said on the message boards they now own. Why don't they want to exercise control over who advertises on domain names they own?
